This unit combines industrial grade plastic storage bins with a commercial grade shelving unit to create a practical picking bin storage system. Instead of just having stacked columns of boxes, bin shelving units give you the ability to remove or even just pull out any individual box without disturbing any others. This has the added benefit of improving access for easier re-stocking or stock-taking and also makes it quick to temporarily move a bin location to a more convenient position in your stockroom, workshop or factory.
Due to the generously sized 18 plastic bins, you can store a wide variety of products - whether they are large volumes of small fixings or a few bulky or awkwardly sized larger components. With an overall height of 6ft, the top level of boxes remain well within reach for most people without having to reach for a step-ladder.
E-Z-Rect Trimline steel components make up the framework of this picking bin shelving to provide a sturdy and stable storage platform that you can feel safe in loading up with stock. If you need more than one bay, then simply extend into long runs with cost-effective add-on bays - this lets you maximise both the floorspace available and make the most of your budget.

Delivery times vary, every product will state an estimated lead time which we will endeavour to meet, we will keep you informed should there be any delays. Some items like lockers, cupboards, mobile shelving etc.. are not held in stock and are made to order. All delivery times are estimates. Important note: Our Longspan, Type 1 and Trimline racking systems are normally delivered on large pallets, components (especially those over 2m in length) can be difficult to offload from the delivery lorry without a fork lift truck and may require hand-unloading. Sizing Guide: Medium Duty Trimline Shelving
To calculate the overall length of a shelving bay please add 40mm for each upright.
The table below shows the overall length of shelving runs in mm when using a single starter bay and subsequent add-ons. If you are unsure of how many units to buy to fit within a given space please call us on 01993 779494 to discuss your requirements.
For the overall depth of a shelving bay please add 25mm to the nominal size specified.
