This order picking bin shelving unit provides a great way to keep your stored goods organised and easily accessible. Made from high quality EZR Trimline components, the shelving unit serves as a strong and sturdy platform for the 10 large, heavy duty plastic boxes which are included. The picking bins feature a generously sized front opening which makes it easy to see what is being stored and to quickly retrieve the required items. Each shelving level can hold 2 boxes and up to 150kg in weight (UDL), storing the boxes in this way allows any of the ten containers to be removed from the shelf without disturbing the others - unlike free-standing columns of stacked bins.
The picking bin rack can be used as shown in the photo or you can remove some of the bins to give you standard storage shelves for boxed goods or other items. The bins are nestable, which reduces space taken up when they are not in use. Choose from standalone starter bays or cost-effective add-ons (that come with one less end frame) to extend a starter into a longer run.

Delivery times vary, every product will state an estimated lead time which we will endeavour to meet, we will keep you informed should there be any delays. Some items like lockers, cupboards, mobile shelving etc.. are not held in stock and are made to order. All delivery times are estimates. Important note: Our Longspan, Type 1 and Trimline racking systems are normally delivered on large pallets, components (especially those over 2m in length) can be difficult to offload from the delivery lorry without a fork lift truck and may require hand-unloading. These are also typically delivered on large vehicles, if there are any access limitations to your site please let us know in advance.

To calculate the overall length of a shelving bay please add 40mm for each upright.
The table below shows the overall length of shelving runs in mm when using a single starter bay and subsequent add-ons. If you are unsure of how many units to buy to fit within a given space please call us on 01993 779494 to discuss your requirements.
For the overall depth of a shelving bay please add 25mm to the nominal size specified.
