Storing small parts and components will be so much easier with this great value picking bin rack. 110 of our popular cardboard K-Bins (A3010) are included to completely fill each of the 10 shelf levels, creating lots of organised compartments with a small footprint. The shelving is made from commercial grade steel components with chipboard decks. The unit is designed to be strong and sturdy so no matter what you decide to store in these handy little bins you can be assured that the racking can easily take the load.
With a top shelf just under 6ft high, most people will be able to access all of the bins without needing a step ladder. Each shelf is 1220mm wide with absolute clear entry - meaning that bins on either edge do not get caught behind posts like some other shelving systems. The unit shown in the photograph is setup to fully utilise all 110 bins but because the shelf levels are adjustable you can configure the shelving to suit your requirements. You could have the lower level without bins and positioned right at the bottom, this will give you a practical space to store some boxed goods or perhaps some tools. If you would like more of a gap between each level then simply remove one or two shelf levels and install the remaining levels at your desired locations.
The shelving bay is available as both a standalone starter bay and add-on, to create long runs of picking bin shelving choose 1 starter bay then add on the extensions until you get to your required length.

Important note: Our Longspan, Type 1 and Trimline racking systems are normally delivered on large pallets, components (especially those over 2m in length) can be difficult to offload from the delivery lorry without a fork lift truck and may require hand-unloading. Sizing Guide: Medium Duty Trimline Shelving
To calculate the overall length of a shelving bay please add 40mm for each upright.
