When there are large volumes of files that need to be archived, it is essential that they are stored correctly to not only keep your office tidy but also to allow quick retrieval of any single file or document. This archive shelving unit has been designed to efficiently store 18 archive boxes (included) in a way that allows quick and easy access to all files. Commercial grade shelving components provide a strong and robust framework for the 6 individual shelf levels which can each hold up to 175kg in weight. Because the boxes are stored in a single depth and height configuration, every box can be pulled out individually without affecting the others.
The shallow depth of this archive unit makes it perfect for use against the wall of an office or within narrow storage rooms.

Delivery times vary, every product will state an estimated lead time which we will endeavour to meet, we will keep you informed should there be any delays. Some items like lockers, cupboards, mobile shelving etc.. are not held in stock and are made to order. All delivery times are estimates. Important note: Our Longspan, Type 1 and Trimline racking systems are normally delivered on large pallets, components (especially those over 2m in length) can be difficult to offload from the delivery lorry without a fork lift truck and may require hand-unloading. Please ensure that you are capable of off-loading and handling these large, heavy goods before ordering. If you have any questions regarding this please call us on 01993 779494. These are also typically delivered on large vehicles, if there are any access limitations to your site please let us know in advance.

Sizing Guide: Medium Duty Trimline Shelving
To calculate the overall length of a shelving bay please add 40mm for each upright.
The table below shows the overall length of shelving runs in mm when using a single starter bay and subsequent add-ons. If you are unsure of how many units to buy to fit within a given space please call us on 01993 779494 to discuss your requirements.
